The College had an outdated and inefficient member management solution that had a number of challenges associated with it. Their existing solution created data integrity and consistency issues, and did not integrate with their web presence, it was very expensive to support, and they did not have a customer relationship management solution. The College was looking for a solution to address these issues and modernize their presence, they were referred to us for its member management solution - Microsoft Dynamics CRM and CRM Portals.
The solution includes their website, and Dynamics CRM as their backend regulatory and member management solution which manages both their members, as well as their applicants in one system, simplifying and streamlining their internal processes, saving them significant time and money. The College is the governing body established by the government of Ontario, under the Regulated Health Professions Act, 1991 and the Traditional Chinese Medicine Act, 2006. The College's mandate is to serve and protect the public.
